Evening activity

All of a sudden the weather changed and it felt like autumn.
It went from disgustingly hot, to pleasantly chilly :3

And obviously cold evenings acquire warm evening tea with a good friend.

 

Friends

I forgot to mention that we went to the Cruz residence and had a nice Mexican fiesta.

I've been waiting for like 8 years to try out Bernie's homemade tamales. And it finally happened! Jennifer has grown up too...she used to see me as the most amazing person ever. Haha She thought I was so cool lmao

She even started watching anime cause if me ahahaha 😂 She looks like a grown woman now. But she still thinks I'm super cool haha so yay me.

Bernie and Frost get along really well too. She moved here from Texas so they both love southern food and stuff. Well, I mean she's originally from mexico but moved to Texas when she left home. 

It was nice seeing Frost so comfortable around someone too. 

And those tamales.... daaaamn. They were heavenly. 

And she had made some kind of mexican rice milk with cinnamon (horchata) and then something called Tamarind water. Made out of tamarind fruit. Frost loved it. Freya, not so much haha 

Aaaaaah....I love Mexican food. And I love Bernie hahaha

Sushi

Well Josse spoiled me yesterday and treated me to sushi.

Daaayyyuum....it was SO good. I swear, I'm still full. Haha

Tempura rolls, California rolls and nigiri and tofu. It looks pretty right? It tastes even better than it looks. That's how amazeballs it was.

And that pickled seaweed......omg ... it's so good. Omnomnomnom...

She doesn't eat seaweed so I got to gobbledl it down aaaall by myself. Lucky! Haha 

I had a really good time yesterday, and I really needed that too. Hey, she even gave me ice cream afterwards so I'd say she's a pretty dang good host lol

Also, today my Xbox is being a dick. Everytime I'm trying to play pubg the game crashed as soon as I join my friends.

Everytime Joel sent an invite it just froze and I HATE THAT HORRIBLE LOUD SOUND THAT COMES WITH IT. Gaah... At first I just thought that it's Joel's invites I couldn't accept. But then his little brother sent one too and same thing happened.

And another friend sent one, same things happened. And another and another and another. Uugh... I really hope this is temporary. 😧

Some morning coffee never killed anyone.

Freyster woke up eeeearly today.. so I got up and let Frost sleep in some :)

(I'm so nice...I know) plus he seems so tired these days.

Well, it was still fun since I kept a buddy company anyway. 

We were supposed to play pubg but he was kinda shitfaced at that time sooo...

I figured running around with a dude who can't even see straight would be...

too much effort? lmao Felt like he needed rest anyway.

It's been some time now since my appetite got fucked up.

Not liking the usual stuff etc...

So this ice cream was obviously kinda disappointing.

But still felt damn good for the throat.

Finally, a day where I'm starting to feel a tiny bit better.

It ain't much. But it's something.

Okidaaay....so, maybe I should've listened when people kept telling me to go see a doctor.
But I just assumed that is was a regular cold. I mean, sure....when 3 weeks went by and I just kept getting worse I kinda started suspecting shit.
...and I worried people unnecessarily.

I've got a lung infection, virus infection in my system and assumed pneumonia. He mentioned bronchitis, but I've had acute bronchitis before and it wasn't quite the same this time.
So I've been on antibiotics and different cough medicines since Monday.
Aaaand I'm already feeling way better.

Though I can tell how bad I get when I don't take my cough syrup. Like damn. Who would've thought?

Moving on.
Soo...I bought a kimono a while back. Since people kept whining about me only wearing black and grey shit all the time.
I felt as soon as I put it on that I've seen it somewhere............

What else, oh right....my brother let for Egypt the other day. he better make it back safe and sound.

And the apple of my eye came home yesterday!

Damn it I've missed her.

Right...the Jo-napping

I got kidnapped randomly by some of my favorite people a week or two ago.
I was still really sick...so I didn't expect that (and I did end up even sicker after that lol)

But we had a fucking blast!

Yeah we went a little everywhere that day. I thought we'd be gone maybe an hour or two, but then again, I didn't count on leaving town lol We came back 6 hours later and my fever skyrocketed.....ehehe...so worth it.

Man that was some fucking magical shit.

And there ya have her. Mama Jo...not even awake yet lol and no filter cause I feel like y'all really should see how glorious I truly am. Heh..

(Well, then again I rarely do filters...)

But anyway.. yeah.. I'm still alive.. 😅

I've been sick for some time now... Never seems to get better. But obviously I am. Cause how else will I do shit?  

But I was kidnapped by the best of the best yesterday so I had an awesome adventure. Despite fever and shit that came afterwards...haha it was fun tbh. (I'll post some pics soon cause seriously, we had the prettiest ice cream evaaah) 

I've also made some new friends lately. Pretty neat. 

Well, we'll see if they can handle being friends with me lol

Some of them seems stronger than others. 👍🏻 resilient little ones haha

But seriously. I've been....ok...and the less ok. But mostly ok. 😁

This cold never seems to go away... 

Oh! I'm back at gaming too btw. Took a long break (or what felt like a long time anyway lol) but I've been around with Stevie, Kya and such lately.....even Marcus. That buttnugget. 

Midsummer

Midsummer came and went.💗

Freya had a blast, and that's all that matters to me~

My brother dropped me and Frost off in Askersund, and then mom, Josse & Freya picked us up and we went to Åmmebergs midsummer celebrations (I don't really like that you have to pay entrance fee these days but oh well) It is an important place from my childhood after all haha

Freya was very excited.
She got to ride a pony, play in the jumping castle, look at the giant maypole, nibble on cotton candy (even though she preferred the ones in the bag that were pink and blue instead of the white fluff on a stick haha)
We got some candy rocks and nougats (that I couldn't eat cause they were way too sweet)
 and I bought a long sour candy strap for Josse too. haha I really liked being with Josefin. I want to go to Åmmebergs midsummer celebrations more times with her and the others again.
I bet Freya has had an awesome weekend now. She absolutely fucking loves being there with granny, Lasse & Josse (and Doris too haha)

The dinner was delicious, and the cake was brilliant. My sister made a meringue cake, with lots of whipped cream on it. And as a filling it had crushed raspberry pie (yep, a PIE!) and vanilla custard too. I gotta say, with the smooth whipped cream and meringue that melts in your mouth, it was kinda neat to feel some sweet crunchy pie crust and raspberries on the tongue too. Mmm..... such a mouthtastic experience lol 💛

Oh I also made a flower garland for Freya to wear as a midsummer crown ;D She was so beautiful. My sweet little snuggle monster. 💚💚💚 I kinda feel like I made an epic garland really lol
Freya is too cute though. I should've made garlands for everyone to wear too...

On saturday morning, Irena came to Zinkgruvan and picked me and Frost up. We had a nice drive back to town together too :)
And the plan was to party a bit with the Larssons in the evening. But since Nathalie's midsummer party with her family kinda went to the pooper too, we decided to just change the plans.

We had an awesome time yesterday really~
And we discovered that I make deeeelicious Mojitos. Seriously.

They tasted better than they did at the bar. 🍹  We drank, played Mario Kart, laughed and just had a good time. It was good for the soul. Yep. We needed it.
 Frost was more impressed over how entertained we can be with such small effort haha

Anyway.... Good times has been had.
My mother really gave Freya the best weekend 💜

The speed of a snail

Sweet baby Jesus....

Jesper is driving, Thord is muttering about stuff and I'm laying half dead in the back seat.... And the car is traveling at the speed of snails.....  Cars everywhere. The traffic is shit. And there's miles and miles of cars. Weeeeeiiih~ (did I mention that I got burnt in the sun? No? Well I did. Pain. Lots and lots of pain..)

Meanwhile Frost and everyone is in Örebro. 

While I'm holding the only two keys to home in each hand. Eheh...oops. 

I wonder how they'll get inside the apartment? Lolololololol 😂
